I'm Brian Paddock — a Charleston REALTOR® with Charleston Real Estate Group and over 20 years of real estate experience across three states. I've held real estate licenses in South Carolina, Florida, and Washington, which means I've seen this business through very different markets, and I bring all of that perspective to every deal I run here in the Lowcountry.

Before real estate was my full-time focus, I built and owned multiple businesses of my own. That entrepreneurial background shapes how I work with clients today — I know what it means to negotiate hard, manage risk, and get a deal across the finish line, because I've done it on both sides of the table. Over the years I've helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate everything from first-time purchases to complex relocations, and that track record is what clients lean on when the stakes are high.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me on the water — boating and fishing around Charleston with my wife and kids. It's part of why I love this area, and part of why I take it personally when I help someone find their place here too.
